All parents of children at Westmount Charter School are automatically members of the Westmount Charter School Parent Fundraising Society.
The WCSPFS Bylaws state the need for
"... two members of the society elected … at the Annual Meeting… for auditing the books, accounts and records of the Secretary and Treasurer…at least once each year....".

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – for all Westmount Parents
Westmount Charter School Parent Fundraising Society (WCSPFS) is holding its Annual General Meeting on September 14, 2011 immediately after the Westmount Music Association AGM (at 8:15 PM). Location is 2215 Uxbridge Dr NW (former Sir William Van Horne school building).
The WCSPFS’ revenue source is a two-day casino we are licensed to run once every 1.5 years. The last casino was used to purchase band instruments, phys-ed equipment, music computers and library resources. Parent participation in both serving on the executive and in volunteering to work the casino is very much appreciated. Our children benefit greatly from these proceeds.
The agenda includes the following:
Reading and accepting last year’s AGM minutes, President’s report, Treasurer’s report, call for nominations, vote or acclaim of 2011/2012 WCSPFS executive, election of Financial Auditors.
